Burglary
Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property:
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Willaston and Thornton
- Roften Way – Resident of another property witnessed 2 males in the garden of property trying the back door and garage door handles. – Another resident reported a male trying to access his garage.
- St. Pauls
- Parklands View – Property entered by unknown means. Untidy search of bedroom.
Incidents reported relating to BUSINESS premises:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Whitby Road – Unknown male walked into ‘Davies Car Sales’ and through to the office where he picked up an engine scanner and left.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Newnham Drive – Scooter wheel thrown through front kitchen window.
- Central Avenue – Front door kicked numerous times by named female causing glass panels to smash.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Neston
- Johnson Road – Deliberate fire in telephone box by youths lighting deodorant canisters. Minimal damage.
- Ledsham and Manor
- Chester Road – Black paint thrown over rear access door and front shutters of business premises.
- Netherpool
- Bracken Way – Small stone thrown at window causing outer glass pane to crack.
- St. Pauls
- Eccleston Avenue – Security camera hit with unknown implement causing it to break.
- Mill Lane – Large rocks thrown at property causing damage to brickwork.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Mercer Walk – Group of youths remove and take metal weight from plastic bollard.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Neston
- Churchill Court – Grey wheelie bin taken from back door to property.
- St. Pauls
- Fulwood Road – Parcel taken after being left outside property by delivery driver.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT OF motor vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Flint Court – Peugeot moped, in secured garden of property, found with damage to ignition and wing mirrors in what appears to have been an unsuccessful attempt to remove bike.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST
- Neston
- Station Road – BMW 1 series, GV66 LZU, parked up on car park taken. - Vehicle recovered by Police on Old Chester Road, following failing to stop.
Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
- Ellesmere Port Town
- Rugby Road – Citroen C3 and Volvo estate scratched along the length of their nearside.
