Community Speed Watch

Alert message sent 29/07/2021 16:47:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

We are looking at restarting the Community Speed Watch schemes in Lymm

Initially we are looking to gauge what kind of interest there is from local residents regarding carrying out this speed watch

Community Speed Watch is carried out by residents with the support of Lymm Police Beat Team

There would need to be at least 3 residents carrying this out, therefore we would need to have this many volunteers looking to give up there free time to do this

We have certain locations where we carry out speed enforcement and as such we can not use these locations for Community Speed Watch, these locations are

Higher Lane
Mill Lane
Birchbrook Road
Booths Hill Road
Burford Lane
Church Road
Rushgreen Road
Warrington Road
Whitbarrow Road

If you are interested in volunteering your time to carry out Community Speed Watch at a road in Lymm please send me a direct message to phil.redshaw@cheshire.pnn.police.uk
