Good Morning ,
As Beat Manager i receive a monthly report off my colleague Psco Griffiths , the Psco for your area . This is her report for September and as you can see she has been busy , doing some really good work in the community .

 

Monthy Report

 

Traffic patrols continue at Murdishaw West along with the HBC traffic officer. There will be a traffic smiley face sign located in this area soon to remind drivers to slow down.

I am completing TRUCAM traffic enforcement due to complaint from parents.

 

Children in years 5 and 6 at both Brookvale and Murdishaw West Junior Schools have had talks on Crime and Consequences, this talk has also touched on knife crime.

We would like to thank both head teachers at the schools for their involvement in helping our children stay safe and make the right choices.

 

Continued patrols on Stockham Lane in relation to Op Scrambler, one rider issued with a Section 59 notice this last week, apologies we cannot be there more.

Please keep reporting off road bikes with as much information as possible along with descriptions of the riders and bike.

 

 A bike stolen in a Burglary Other has been returned to the owner we have attended and ensured that the bike is security marked.

 

TRUCAM enforcement has been continuing on Murdishaw Avenue the highest speed recorded this month was 48 miles per hour.

 

Joint visits with Riverside Housing Officer dealing with problem tenants and those that need support.

 

Reassurance visits to the Kingdom Hall that is being refurbished have continued this month, liaising with volunteers who are completing all the work, no incidents reported.

 

Several incidents of 999 calls from a local telephone box by children have been reported this month.

We have attended at the local school and spoke to the children about the importance of the 999 system and consequences of misuse the emergency number.

 

A big thank you to Harveys Army who helped the local officer to locate the owner of a dog found on the town park.

 

SURGERIES

Police surgeries are held weekly at Brookvale Children’s Centre please see Norton South and Runcorn Police face book and twitter pages for dates and times. There is a late session from 6pm to 7pm on selected dates.

Monday 15th October 11am to 12pm

Tuesday 23rd October 10am to 11am

Monday 29th October 6pm to 7pm
