Burglary 

Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Whitby
  • Woodland Road – Access gained to rear of property via unlocked gate.  Entry into property via unlocked rear door and vehicle keys taken.  Blue Ford Mondeo, KR08 YTX then taken from driveway.
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Whitby Road – Entry gained, by forcing 1st floor window into bank currently under refurbishment.  Quantity of tools taken including cables and air conditioning units taken.
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Parkgate Road – Entry gained into ‘The Yacht’ public House by forcing entry through rear door. CCTV recoding equipment and small safe taken.
  • Neston
  • Liverpool Road – Rear yard of business unit accessed and ladders used to access top window where it has been forced open.  Untidy search made of upper floor offices and a small safe forced from the wall. CCTV and telephone systems have been disconnected and the hard drive removed. The safe was thrown from the window but left insitu.
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • St. Pauls
  • Waverton Road – Entry gained into shed by removing pad locks.  Mountain bike, power tools, Ipod and fishing equipment taken. 
 
Criminal Damage

Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Newnham Drive – Fence panels kicked causing damage. – Named offender.
  • Rossmore
  • Broad Birches – Entry forced into recently vacated dwelling causing damage to door.
  • Percival Road – Ground floor bedroom window in flat smashed by unknown means. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Sutton
  • Dolphin Crescent – Damage caused to play pirate ship in park area by unknown offender/s.
 
Theft
 
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • The Village – Public gardens at ‘Burton Manor’ entered and brass sundial, set in stone plinth on a stone pedestal taken.
  • Neston
  • Ringway – Garden entered via an insecure gate. Pink Muddy Fox mountain bike taken.
  • Netherpool
  • Overpool Road – Carrera Hellcat 15 mountain bike in green and blue taken by male youths in Festival Park. – Named suspect.
  • St. Pauls
  • Station Road – During weekend period Brain James trailer and Komoto mini digger in orange, complete with bucket taken from building site.
 
Vehicle Crime
 
Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft of motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Whitby
  • Woodland Road – Blue Ford Mondeo, KR08 YTX then taken from driveway after keys obtained during a burglary.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Exeter Road – Orange moped, MF65 TNN removed from front garden by unknown offender/s. – Vehicle recovered in Merseyside.
  • Rossmore
  • Wilkinson Street – During overnight period 2 separate vehicles, both parked on residential street  have registration plates taken. 1 – BMW registration plates show DK16 BZD. 2 – Peugeot registration plates show 49-SI33. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Kenilworth Court – Ford Transit, parked on residential parking area has timing belt cut through and removed by unknown offender.
  • The Oval – Peugeot 106, parked on residential road has wing mirror kicking causing the glass to fall out and smash.
  • Kennilworth Court – 2 males on a black moped thrown brick through window of VW Jetta. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • St. Pauls
  • North View – Vauxhall Astra has rear windscreen smashed. – Male arrested.
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Renault Master van, parked on car park of ‘Madisons’ Public House has front windscreen smashed with a brick by unknown offender.
Other incidents of note...
  • Ewloe Court – White Vauxhall Combo van, stolen from an address in Crewe, recovered after 3 males witnessed driving it erratically before it has broken down and they have made off from the area
