Dispersal Orders Chapelford

Alert message sent 15/08/2017 15:02:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Dear residents

Due to recent reports of anti social behaviour within the Chapelford area, Dispersal Orders have been issued over the past two days.

Dispersal Orders give the Police authority to exclude an individual from a defined area for up to 48 hours.

If the indiviual returns to the excluded area they may be arrested.

The Dispersal Order is only the start of the process and will result in a referal to the community safety partnership team which will link in with the housing authority and schools to assist in taking action against the individuals invovled in causing trouble.

This may well lead to anti social behaviour contracts (ABCS) or Housing enforcing tenancy's under their Anti Social Behaviour legislation.

If you are experiencing any anti social behaviour please contact 101.

Kind regards

Carl Beck
