Message from Handbridge Park Officer PCSO Fox

Below is a brief outline of the crimes on households that have been reported around the Handbridge Park Ward between 04/12/16 and 20/12/16 which are of interest or have an effect on the local communities

Theft of push bike 04/12 02.36 Queens Park High School, Handbridge – Bike left overnight locked to bike rack stolen by forcing bike lock.

Theft of motor vehicle 06/12 14.00 – Whaddon Drive – Unattended open delivery van with keys in ignition stolen.

Theft from motor vehicle 12/12 09.00-10.00 – Fir Tree Avenue, Westminster Park  – Window smashed and I Phone left on display taken.
Criminal Damage 18/12-19/12 Eaton Mews – Side of vehicle scratched

Theft 19/12 – between 11.00-15.00 Vincent Drive, Westminster Park – Laser light and cabling stolen from garden

Please ensure that you never leave a motor vehicle unattended with the keys in the ignition. It only takes the wrong person to come by and the vehicle will be taken. When parking vehicles ensure that they are locked and expensive items aren’t left on display.
Also consider where you might leave expensive items such as push bikes. Leaving them in secluded areas overnight can result in thieves targeting the bike.

Please contact us on e mail christopher.fox@cheshire.pnn.police.uk or 101 if you have any issues to report or want to provide any information on people committing criminal activities in your local area. Also ensure that you phone 101 if you witness anything you think is suspicious around your local area, it could be that your phone call can be vital in helping us stop or solve a crime.
