Northwich BID Manager Jane Hough is pleased to be able to support the town's first ever Mindfulness Day and hopes plenty of people go along to take part in the activities that have been organised. She said: "Mindfulness can help to play a massive part in helping improve mental health and wellbeing and hopefully this initiative will raise awareness of it. "When Louise approached Northwich BID with the concept of a day centred around mindfulness we were more than happy to get involved and it was great to see other business supporting the initiative too. "If you're looking for something to do on Saturday please come along and see what the day is all about as there's lots to see and do and plenty to learn surrounding the topic of mindfulness." ![]() | |
