Temporary prohibition of pedestrians: Davenham - Public footpaths number nine, 10 and 11
|Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on that length of|
Public Footpath No. 9 which commences at OS grid reference SJ 65876 70472 and runs in a generally southerly direction for approximately 138 metres to OS grid reference SJ 65856 70335. Public Footpath No. 10 which commences at OS grid reference SJ 6572 7060 and runs in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 200 metres to OS grid reference SJ 6587 7047 and Public Footpath No 11 which commences at OS grid reference SJ 6588 7048 and runs in a south easterly direction for approximately 130 metres to OS grid reference SJ 6594 7040.
The closure is necessary because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpaths. The Order will come into force on 18 of January and will continue in force for a period of six months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
